OUR PROCESS
This is how it all begins! We come out to your office space, take measurements and talk to you personally about what you want. Some of our customers tell us exactly what they want piece by piece, and others have a vague idea and ask us to get creative. Either way, we take careful notes, and go back to our office determined to present you with a design that will blow you away!
In this phase our team of designers searches for the point where your needs intersect with contemporary interior design and space planning. Once they’ve come up with the perfect layout, it is presented to you in a three dimensional, full color format showing you exactly what your office will look like when done. You are free to make all the changes you want until it’s a mirror image of the perfect office you see in your head.
Whether it’s our local in-house installers, or one of many install partners we have across the nation, you can rest assured that your new office will be installed by a friendly, courteous and professional team. In the instance that something isn’t right, we will make it right, every single time, guaranteed.
At Martin’s Office Solutions, our partnership with the customer never truly ends. Chair cylinders wear out, filing cabinet keys go missing, sometimes you just need someone to hang a picture in your office… yes, we’ve sent our install team to hang pictures.
